This is the second time I’ve skipped my gratitude section. Don’t worry, I’ll get back to it soon, but I want to hurry to offer an update.

I had a restless night last night. Couldn’t sleep and began to feel warm, too warm, a bit past midnight. Turns out I was running a fever that spiked up to 102. YIPE. This unfortunately turned into a pattern for the remainder of the day. I actually had two Rapid Responses over the course of the day. My room was basically swarmed with nurses checking vitals, heart rate, pulse, EKG, temperature… it was exhausting and led to yet ANOTHER broken night.

But here’s the silver lining: My doc received the preliminary results of my bone marrow biopsy, which showed… wait for it… NO LEUKEMIA CELLS!!!!!
